Behind the Music

A solo saxophone performance is the perfect way to add that extra sparkle to your wedding or special occasion. It's unique, classy and fun, and goes a long way towards creating that 'no-expenses-spared' feel without overloading the budget. Solo saxophone music is ideal for your wedding ceremony as well as light entertainment for your wedding breakfast, photographs or drinks reception, and is certain to be a real highlight of your day.

I perform a variety of jazz, soul, swing and pop classics. Each song is performed with a professionally recorded backing track and all sound equipment is provided. I can also offer the opportunity to request a few songs for me to learn especially for you.

“It was a pleasure to have Callan join us for our Wedding Showcase on Sunday 26 January. His musicality for the event was just right and his choice of repertoire was the perfect background to create a relaxed atmosphere for the guests. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a suitable act for a wedding reception – he even dueted perfectly with a Michael Buble tribute act who was also performing here on the day”. Lynne Wicks Events Co-ordinator, The Concorde Club, Eastleigh

Hi Callan, just wanted to say again thanks so much for performing at our wedding at the Langstone Hotel last weekend, all our guests commented on how fantastic and refreshing it was to listen to you play the saxophone for us that evening and how professional and smart your set up is. Ben and I were so impressed with your rendition of Muse's Unintended for our first dance, sounded brilliant on sax, thanks so much for the effort you went to to adapt it to sax for us! We couldn't have been happier, and would highly recommend you to others for providing unique entertainment for weddings and special events. Thanks again & best wishes x

Megan & Ben Coventry , Wedding, Langstone Hotel, Hayling Island
